Refund & Cancellation Policy

KUB9 Workspace intentionally operates with limited seating capacity. Reservations directly impact availability and therefore cancellation policies are necessary to ensure fairness for all users.
Daily Pass
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before booking date: Eligible for rescheduling or workspace credit.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Non-refundable.
- No-show: Non-refundable.
Weekly Plans
- Cancellation before activation: Eligible for rescheduling at KUB9's discretion.
- After activation: Non-refundable.
Monthly Plans
- Non-refundable once activated.
- Unused days cannot be converted into refunds or credits.
- Monthly members receive priority access to workspace reservations during their active membership period.
- Where applicable, KUB9 may allocate dedicated seating or reservation priority to monthly members over short-term bookings.
- KUB9 reserves the right to implement reservation requirements during periods of high demand to maintain service quality and seating availability.
Flex Membership Plans
KUB9 may offer various flexible membership plans including, but not limited to: Flex 5, Flex 10, Flex 40, Resident Flex, Promotional Flex Plans, and future flexible access memberships.
Flex Memberships provide access credits to the workspace and do not guarantee walk-in seating or availability on specific dates.
Reservation Requirement
All Flex Members must reserve their intended workspace date and session at least 12 hours in advance through KUB9's approved booking channels. Reservations remain subject to seat availability.
Validity
Each Flex Membership is valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused workspace credits, sessions, or days will expire upon completion of the membership validity period unless otherwise stated by KUB9 in writing.
Non-Transferability
Flex Memberships are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, shared, sold, assigned, or used by another individual.
Access & Availability
Flex Memberships provide access rights and not guaranteed seating. Members are encouraged to reserve workspace dates as early as possible. KUB9 shall not be responsible if preferred dates, sessions, or seating options become unavailable due to capacity limitations.
Session Usage
Workspace credits may only be used for the session reserved by the member. Unused hours within a booked session cannot be carried forward, split, accumulated, exchanged, or reused at a later time.
Cancellation & No-Show
Reservations cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled session may be treated as utilized at KUB9's discretion. If a member fails to attend a confirmed reservation without prior notice, the reserved session, day, or credit shall be deemed utilized and deducted from the membership balance. No refund, replacement credit, extension, or compensation shall be provided.
No-Show Policy
A booking shall be considered a No-Show if a member fails to check in within 2 hours of the scheduled booking start time without prior communication.
For Daily Passes, Weekly Plans, Monthly Plans, and Flex Plans:
- The booking will be marked as utilized.
- The seat may be released to other users.
- No refund, credit, replacement day, or extension shall be provided.
Late Cancellation
Reservations cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled booking date may be considered utilized at KUB9's discretion.
Private Cabin Bookings
Private Cabin reservations are subject to availability. Failure to attend a confirmed cabin booking without notice may result in the booking being treated as utilized.
Payment Errors
In the event of a duplicate payment, technical payment error, or incorrect charge, users must notify KUB9 within 7 days. Verified payment errors will be refunded through the original payment method.
Workspace Closure
If KUB9 is unable to provide access due to operational reasons, maintenance, safety concerns, or force majeure events, KUB9 may offer alternative dates, workspace credits, or refunds at its discretion.
Reservation Priority
To ensure fair access and operational efficiency, KUB9 may prioritize reservations in the following order:
- Monthly Members
- Weekly Members
- Flex Plan Members
- Daily Pass Users
- Walk-In Visitors
KUB9 reserves the right to manage seating allocations and reservations based on operational requirements and available capacity.
Final Decision
All refund, cancellation, and credit decisions remain subject to verification and operational review by KUB9 Workspace.
